Deborah Ann Walsh M.S., B.F.A.

Deborah Walsh received her Masters of Science and Interdisciplinary Arts Degree from Nova Southeastern University. During the development of this passion she also attended Florida International University taking the required courses that specialized in the field of Fine Arts to enable her to teach at the university and college levels. Her artwork to date has been shown in Canada, the United States and Brazil.

Before moving to the United States, Deborah had already attained her Bachelors of Fine Arts Degree in Montreal. She also received her Visual And Creative Arts Diploma as well as the Ontario Council Institutional Award Scholarship. Deborah works by commission but also keeps a current selection of original oil paintings on hand. Working in a contemporary, traditional-configurative style of her own, she originates her oil paintings with the same high concern and attention to detail that goes into the preparation of her canvases; using only quality materials to ensure the longevity of her artwork. Her repertoire encompasses oils, fine art prints, freelance photography, as well as poetry.

Ms. Walsh has been referenced as a Transitional Artist whose work compliments a Contemporary, Modern or Traditional environment. Currently Deborah has brought her vision and talents to Palm Beach County where she now resides. She is an Alumni to both Concordia University in Quebec and Nova Southeastern University in Florida. Her other affiliations include Greater Delray Beach Chamber of Commerce,  Cultural Council of Palm Beach County and Hospice of Palm Beach County.
